No, meat is the most sustainable source of nutrition world wide. It is the only source of food that can be found globally year round.

It is our ancestor's food, does not matter where you live. The problems tend to come when you start eating sugar. Like sweets  and soft drinks. Cut those out and you will never have heart issues. Avoid high sugar fruits bred and perfected by man for high energy value, very unnatural.

Excess of any thing is bad. Goat milk is not suitable for hypertension patient. But however  one can consume goat meat in small amount. For hyper tension patient the best thing is to eat fish instead of using beef or mutton.
