What’s the first aspect of your weight loss/maintenance routine that gets kicked aside when life gets tough?

Food, for sure. I have a FitBit and use the app to track what I eat and how many calories I'm taking in versus how many I'm expending in a day. I'm pretty good at keeping my intake around 50-60% of my expenditure, but when life gets rough it shows when there's spikes in my calorie intake. I like cooking, and I find making food to be a great way to relieve stress, so often that happens and then I make something calorie-rich like a cottage pie or a pan of brownies depending on my mood and eat a ton of it all at once >.>
