Does the distance between the earth and the outer space end up at a point?

Space is infinite, so as the time and numbers. But if you are asking how many meters up above then that is a different question.

But as of now, there is no way on knowing the end of outer space or beyond space itself.

The space is in constant expansion, from the beginning with the Bing Bang, the space has not stopped expanding.

It is impossible to know the current scope of the universe, and to know at what speed it is expanding is also impossible.  Knowing this, we can only make approximate calculations of the time it would take us to reach a certain point in space from the earth.
