Do you think that steem is fundamentally strong or it'll disappear after 2-3 years ?

Steem is very strong already and will only get stronger as more things are added.

What we all have to remember is that Steem is still in Beta form and is still being developed. I have been on here only 6 or 7 months and so much has changed.

It may seem rather quiet right now but wen Steem goes up in price everyone will be back and it becomes a mad house. There are roughly only 16-20 000 active users at the moment but we have and over 1 million accounts. I take it quite  a few were spam and bot accounts but even still we will have over 200 000 users back for when Steem pumps again in price.

The recent HF 20 was basically getting ready for the new users expected when the SMT's are launched in March next year and the site will grow beyond all recognition. Steemit has already been around for a few years and with Steem as it's crypto currency which has been names as one of  a handful of crypto currencies that have an every day use it will be around for a very long time yet.

The Crypto market is still in it's infancy and has to be given time to grow and get a foot hold. What we see now will have totally changed within the next 3 to 5 years. Everyone on Steemit believes in the product are are concentrating on growing their accounts before all the changes happen.

I think price of Steem and SBD are almost touching their bottom and will raise again. But when it can’t be told for sure, when it will rise.

Price generally follow the price of Bitcoin, so when Bitcoin increases price of all the alt coins will also increases.

Crypto in general and Steem & SBD in particular has still lot of potential in it. Especially if someone is targeting it for a longer period.

If someone intends to invest in this business, one should be very careful and have proper study of the crypto currencies, which he/she intend to buy.

It seems that prices are at the lower side and eventually will go up if invested for the longer period. The point here is one should invest only that much of amount which he can afford to hold for a longer period.

If the value of Steem is not increased, it is still profitable as we can earn by investing it in Steemit platform.

To me, Steem has a great future.

I think the fundamentals of Steem are quite strong, much stronger than those of most other blockchain projects. That's because Steem has a real use case way beyond cryptocurrency. Steem is an extremely versatile content delivery platform with rewards for all parties, curtators, creators and investors alike. New Steem apps are cropping up left and right. Development is charging ahead at breakneck speed.

The current smallish numbers of active users has a lot to do with the general crypto bear market. I believe Resource Credits to be a real boon. Spam has been all but eliminated and with the coming Resource Credit market any app or power user can delegate RC's to onboard new users independently. This is a golden age of Steem apps. New innovative ones are being introduced all the time.

The infrastructure and the apps are being built. It only takes a few of them to go viral for Steem as a whole to take off. This is a platform where co-operation rules. The success of one app is for the good of another.
