Constipation has become a common issue in modern days and I think it is mostly due to an unhealthy diet. While constipation is not often life-threatening but it results in pain, bloating, discomfort, and straining, etc. If you have already this issue, then the best way to do is to visit a doctor, you may prefer any ayurvedic doctor if you are looking for natural remedies. But at the same time, you have to pay attention to your food habit. It is essential to include high fibre diet to get rid of constipation.

A high-fibre diet properly regulates bowel movements which prevent constipation whereas a low fibre diet will cause constipation & the colon will be subjected to increased pressure.

The natural functioning in the body is that- Bile acids, created is in the liver and released into the digestive system, aid in breaking down fats and absorbs them into the body. Bile acids also are natural laxatives that promote bowel movements by softening stool and speeding up how fast stool moves through the colon. During digestion, most bile acids are absorbed back into the blood in the lower small intestines for recycling, letting very little bile acids to leak into the colon to help facilitate bowel movements.

Try to consume foods with osmotic properties such as milk. Milk is useful for overcoming constipation, because it contains magnesium in it. These foods will attract more fluid into the intestine so that it will facilitate bowel movements. But make sure that your body continues to be well hydrated too.

In cases like this, you need stimulant laxatives that will stimulate intestinal muscle movements. If BAB is smooth, you have to stop using it so that the body does not depend on the help of drugs like this.

More than 3 weeks

Large water that is not excreted for more than 3 weeks has become chronic. You need to go to the doctor to get medical treatment.
