YES. Do the research. Flu shots are NOT effective. And YES, there are potentially LETHAL side effects.
One of the biggest money-grabbing pharma scams on the planet.
I have the flu injection ever year as soon as the weather starts to change after summer. This is the common period that everyone catches colds and flu. After over 5 years of never being sick with flu I think it proves a point.
Family members don't do it and are always sick when others spread their germs.I have never experienced any side effects and think it is a good habit to stick to.My private medical insurance covers the cost of the injection as it benefits them that I am never ill.
I don't get the shots and yes of course i get the flu. But this isn't about me, it about my aunt who got the necessary shots and also got them apart so that there wont be any problems. She went down to Nigeria and developed the worst flu. She stayed there for a period of one month and ishe only just started getting better but left for America early this morning.
Well, since I'm talking abouy her, i can say yes, its possible to get the flu after getting the shots. But at the same time, i can also say they work because my aunt came down with i and my siblings who got the very same shots and also at the same time and we are just as healthy as ever.
I do not know about side effects but i know its better to take the shots than to ignore them because the flu is no joke.
I never use the shot and to be honest I never get the flu.
But in order to achieve that I make sure that I supply my body with all the necessary "ingredients" Eating as many vegetables and fruits as I can daily plus the fact that I am an all year swimmer. I think the shot is mostly for the older who are more vulnerable.
My grandmother and my aunt have the shot every year and
I suppose it really works and has no side effects as far as I am concerned since they never get sick after that
