That's why I always try to have a good night rest each day
One way to deal with sleepiness during work is to abstain from eating heavy food in the morning.
Based on my experience when you eat heavy food it will take the body some time to get balance and for the food to digest.
I noticed that I always fall into sleep anytime I eat heavy food during work hours,so it's either I take something very light like tea or coffee or I just take only water till noon before eating food.
