I should be able to retire when I am 50. That is when I will be fully vested with my pension and I would be able to pull down 100% of it.
Even if I do choose to retire then, that doesn't mean I will be done working. There is a very good chance that I will probably take up a second job once I retire from the one that I am working now.
It could just be a part time job or I might even start a second career. At 50, I would have plenty of time to put some good years in before I am at the age that most people would consider retirement age.
I will always be on Steemit though as long as it is around. This is a great way to interact and make a little money. It is never anything that could pay the bills, but it is there and I know I could get it if I needed to.
I don't think I will ever retire. I will always be doing something and that is what keeps my brain and mind active.
Today you don't have to retire and who knows what will happen with Steemit. Some accounts are like little businesses and I can't think of a more fun way than spending my day than playing and making crypto coins at the same time.
No one knows how much you will need for retirement as inflation is a killer so I think I will just continue doing whatever pleases me forever. i am lucky a sI don't work for anybody but myself so i can do whatever I want.
Hopefully by age 68.
Probably in my 30's if everything keeps going how it goes right now. But I will never stop working, because I love my work too much. So basically, I will have my freedom to work or not, at my choice, at age 30.
