First of all, green tea is tea made made from camellia sinensis leaves. Now, the main difference between green tea and your average black tea is that the camellia sinensis leaves do not undergo the drying and fermenting process that the normal tea leaves do. Its production started in China but is now produced throughout Asia and is drunk by everyone around the world. That just goes to show how useful it is.

So green tea has a lot of health benefits. It does amazing things in the body and is useful in a wide number of ways. 

  1. GREEN TEA KILLS BACTERIA AND AIDS DENTAL HEALTH: Catechins are a chemical in green tea which kill bacteria and fight viruses like the influenza virus. As a result of this it helps to lower your risk of getting an infection. This alone would be an excellent reason to drink green tea but there's more. Catechins also fight off Streptococcus mutans.  Streptococcus mutans is the number one cause of plaque, cavities and tooth decay in the mouth. Many studies even show that green tea helps to reduce and control bad breath.
  2. GREEN TEA AIDS IN BRAIN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVES BRAIN FUNCTION: Green tea contains caffeine. Not as much as coffee though but enough to give that coffee boost without the coffee jitters.The caffeine helps to increase neural activity and also increase the concentration of neurotransmitters like dopamine. Aside from caffeine, green tea also contains  amino acid L-theanine. This is a neurotransmitter inhibitor which helps to reduce anxiety.  The effects of green tea stretch through the years and help the brain maintain perfect form and function and thus fend of alzheimer's and parkinson's disease
  3. GREEN TEA HELPS IN WEIGHT LOSS AND PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE: Green tea is one of the main ingredients in most fat burning supplements. This is because green tea has been found to boost the metabolic rate in the body. It has also been found to improve fat oxidation and thus, lead to increased fat burning in the body. Caffeine in the green tea also helps by taking the fatty acids in the fat and making it available as energy.
  4. GREEN TEA HELPS TO FIGHT OFF CANCER: Cancer is caused by rapid and uncontrolled growth of cells in the body. It is one of the most effective killing diseases of the modern age. It's so bad that if you don't know anyone that has died from cancer then at least some one you know does. Oxidative damage contributes to the formation of cancer cells in the body. Thus antioxidants have an opposite effect. Green tea is an excellent source of antioxidants. Studies and results are not conclusive but all evidence points towards green tea being able to reduce the risk of the disease. Green tea has been found to help in reducing risk of breast, prostate and colorectal cancer.

Things you'll need

  • One cup warm water
  • One teaspoon green tea
  • Half tablespoon turmerric
  • One tablespoon lemon juice


Take a cup add hot water and green tea powder and now mix it well unit there are no lumps. Now add turmeric powder and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Combine together very well. Now it's ready you can drink on empty stomch in the morning time.

This drink is very useful for making your flat tummy. It keeps your body weight under control and you feel strong and healthy 😊



Green tea is consumed by many people in many countries, including Indonesia has become a habit that has been done for a long time. Not only in the morning, some Indonesians also consume it during the day or night.

One of the most consumed teas is green tea because it is believed by the community to have many benefits for health. This tea is high in antioxidants, such as enzymes, amino acids and polyphenols. In addition, it contains B vitamins, folate, manganese, potassium, magnesium and caffeine.

I routinely consume green tea, my stomach and kidneys are fine. No problem, even healthier.
