In the presence it is difficult to sleep. I stop using gadgets and pc and put them away so, I can't use them.
I go to bed and pick up the book for reading. It will help me to get quick sleep.
Usually i'm doing several exercise like push up, squat, jump, flying, ride a dragon. Because the point is you need to be relax before you get sleep, so you can have a very high quality of sleep, and trust me it's worth it. and for me, by doing several exercise and some of them is the easy one, it'll make you relax, sure it is make you exhausted in the first place, but after that you can feel they enjoy.
I avoid drinking caffeinated drinks before going to bed, calm down, read a couple of pages.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....see? Works like a charm. Nighty night ;)
