I think no one would be blamed for Jesus' death because his death was part of his purpose and mission on earth, (he told his disciples countless times about the prophecy of his death and how he would be humiliated and eventually killed at the end) his death was only a fulfillment of a prophecy that he was born to save mankind and restore salvation and grace and also restore that communication which mankind has lost with God.

The only thing is that prophecies need people to actually fulfill it and no matter which the people who played the part in jesus death was involved in they were only an instrument to actually actualize Jesus' purpose and death, the people who actually played a part in Jesus's death will not actually be punished because they were only playing a divine role and script that was already written and set for them.

That is actually the reason why I think people like peter who denied Jesus and also judas iscariot who betrayed him were not acting out of their consciousness, even jesus told pilate that he didn't have power to actually keep his life or take his life because it was already written for him.

Although whether in negative or positive aspects there would always be a person to play the negative role and Judas iscariot just seem to be the person who played the huge role in accepting 30 pieces of silver for jesus' head. So the truth is that judas isn't really to blame, satan in fact didn't want Jesus to die on the cross because it will mean a total defeat for him, the only reason why Jesus died was because it was a fulfillment of a prophecy
