Is CZ right about his assessment of how Terra managed the UST situation?

He is partly right. From what I see, the Binance boss is disappointed because Terra did not heed the advice of burning the extra minted LUNA and that Terra Labs stopped communicating with them. Now, if anyone’s asking why Terra should communicate with him, it’s because Binance is an investor in the Terra project. But at the same time, if they wanted to keep their plans private, it’s their prerogative. Or maybe Do Kwon has no plan at all?
