Science

science is an interesting subject..it answers most of the questions we ask the universe in our mind and thoughts. it gives valid explanation on why things are the way it is. We all are curious beings by default so studying science is usually a pleasure. I enjoy mathematics too... the joy of playing music and solving but it's only fun when you know how to solve the problem.

Damn! This is a tough question to be honest. As much as I like science and math, I will still choose history; simply because you wouldn't know science's achievements and discoveries without putting them into history, same with the math. Science for me is curiosity and practice but History embodies preservation and protection.I find it more interesting to know the men behind the conquers of science after knowing every bits of what they have discovered. Anyway, that's for me and I don't know how others chose theirs.

History remains my favourite subject because man himself is the offspring of history and its intricacies.

Growing up my favorite subject was mathematics.

The beauty of math is the fact that its applicable to almost anything in the world. In computer science, you need math. Economics? You need math. Finance? Chemistry? Biology? Physics? Math is always there.

Math is universal, people who spoke different native languages will understand math notation such as x = 5. but i doubt it for other subject, such as biology, chemistry, etc. Different country might have different way of explaining it.

It still is my favorite but history has grown on me as well. The conquests of the plunderers, the adventurers. How a few people in the past were actually close to taking over the entire world fascinates me. And then there were the world wars. Oh, the world wars. The all encompassing wars. How humans were hell bent on destroying their own kind. There are a lot of lessons to be learnt from the pages of history. You know how they say : History repeats itself. Having a prior knowledge of that can't be bad, Fact is often stranger than fiction, which makes history fascinating to study. There are a lot of things in history that would be considered way too unbelievable for Hollywood or Broadway that actually happened.

Like that time Britain went to war with China over the rights to sell illegal drugs. Twice.

The stories in history class, along with seeing how events that seem so far in our past reverberate into the present day is fascinating to me. My only complaint with History is that with how fast the curriculum has to move, that we don’t get enough time to cover things in too much detail. But, I’ve got the internet in case I find something that’s interesting to me, that we only spend half a class period on. Like the entire Vietnam War.

Science. Science is broad. What's fascinating about science is that it tends to answer the question of why, where, when and how.

Specifically for me, the interesting category is biological sciences. There's nothing in life that is not almost science related.

The cars we drive, our phones, the computers in our offices and workplace, the drugs in the hospitals, our bathing soaps and body cream, the act of procreation, the hereditary pattern from our parents, the reason why some people are tall while others are short, light skinned while others are dark skin, our the food we eat get digested, why we sweat, our house building materials etc.

Our everyday life is science related. With science and all the inventions and discoveries that came with it, human life has gotten better and will always get better with it. Although there are negative things associated with science but the overall benefits outweigh them.

I can say that science and all its accompanied discoveries is the bedrock of life.

My favorite history and science.
I love things that excited me that my mind wouldn't take.
We are learning about the history of people who lived many years before.
Different cultures, interesting life attracts my attention.
Thanks to science, we discovered millions of living things that we could not see.
And even before, we have discovered thousands of years of living and disappearing creatures.
Without science and history, we couldn't move forward.
Now we can shape the future through science and history.

 math is just hard:)

As a historian, myself I prefer History as my favorite. History records all the civilization since its beginning. It tells you all about a particular community, region and locale in a broad spectrum.

History records all the social behaviors of a specific tribe, clan, country or nation. Thus History is a good way to track anything, in detail thus reaching to a solution.
