Yes veggies can get freezer burn,...

When the veggies are not wrapped or sealed in a proper container the air will start seeping the moisture from vegetable surface and case the color change.

But the freezer burn doesn't mean that the food is unsafe to use.

To avoid freezer burn always make sure that your veggies are stored in a leak tight box.

To be sure, vegetables can get cooler expended, the results won't be as ostensibly passionate as meat, you'll consider it to be a drying out in any case.

This is an unprecedented point of reference, anyway you can see all the ice jewels that have surrounded. What happens, due to less than ideal packaging, is that ice is truly water that has been drawn out of the vegetables. There is nothing risky about the vegetables themselves, anyway they'll be insufficient in flavor and surface.

In not such a ridiculous situation I have not hesitated to used them in a stew for example. I wouldn't use them without any other individual in any case. In the above case to me there not salvageable using any and all means.
