I've had terrible problems with acne in the past and from my experience I can tell you that the most important thing is to get your diet straight. That means throw out every single trace of processed sugar, milk and other dairy products (they contain estrogen), fast food, whey protein, chocolate and basically anything that comes wrapped, or packaged in plastic. Fill your fridge with as much fruits and vegetables as you can and eat as healthy as you possibly can.
Apart from the diet my dermatologist recomended Roaccutane which is a medication commonly used to treat acne. It mainly consists of high doses of vitamin A which helps close the sebaceous glands (the bits that make pimples) . Roaccutane has some known side efects though, so I was on the lowest possible dosage to avoid them. Over a couple of weeks it already started doing its magic and I was starting to see the first results which got better over time.
The only side effect I had from taking Roaccutane was extremely dry skin which I easily dealth with using moisturizing creams and hand lotions.
The pimples I had before starting my treatment with Roaccutane and sorting out myhealthy diet regime were horrific and all over my face. With the correct diet and Roaccutane I have managed to get rid of them, all the way to the last one, in exactly one year.
Since then (more than 8 years ago) my face is still very clear and I rarely get a pimple or two every couple of munths. And when I do get them, they are nowhere near as bad as the ones I had before.
The only major issue I had during the period where I was trying to get rid of them, was the lack of sugar which I was so used to. To substitute I was allowed to eat one dark chocolate that had to contain over 96% pure cocoa.
One natural way I can offer you is a natural remedy with a garlic mask.
As we know that garlic is not only useful as a kitchen spice but can also help eliminate inflammation in the skin due to garlic which is anti-virus, anti-fungal, anti-oxidant, and antiseptic so that skin health will be maintained. In addition, garlic contains sulfur which is effective in the process of eradicating stubborn acne.
Simply prepare 1 onion clove. You can apply it in two ways. The first way is to divide it into two, then rub it on pimples. Let stand for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water. Or by smoothing it then applied to a clean face. Let stand for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water.
Eat healthier foods and wash your face every night with water. Do not bust any spots as they spread the virus.
