The motivation level of bloggers comes from the historic and past movement of crypto assets. I feel that most of the hard working people are doing hard work to earn steem with a perception that at some time later when crypto asset will start mooning again then they can get some good amount of money from their earned tokens here in this community which they are building in the form of SP and liquid steem.
There are other category of authors and bloggers too who are not really concerned about the price of steem and they love blogging from the start regardless of what value of steem it is, they continue making their journey of blogging. So the motivation level and spirit of blogging is really strongest for such people and these people are the assets to any social blogging platform and they are the true ambassador of social blogging.
So from the above either of them is working hard, producing original content and both are good for this platform too. But one is being content all the time regardless of the price of steem and the other is just little wary, little cautious, little curious, little nervous too because somehow along with the price the psychology is also attached to it. I am not trying to blame such people. Everyone's time is precious and if someone is investing time here then he is expecting a reward too, but the question is that not every expectation is fulfilled as it is market driven and you never know what the market will yield for you. So it is better to do proper expectation management too along with time and effort management.
Because some people care more about their work and building up their followers than the raw rewards from it. If a user can work for some time and get a large following, when the price of STEEM shoots back up, their hard work will pay off with not only their current STEEM being valued more, but the opportunity to make more from the increased engagement that they have with their content.
It's because when Steem is low, you get more Steem in payouts.
You see, when last year Steem was high like $6-$8, users used to get very less Steem in payouts and complained that they are not able to earn Steem. This is good time to accumulate Steem.
For me I got motivated even though the deep gets more deeper because of the passion I have in writing
Writing to me is more than the earnings I see my writing as a medium to impact in the lives of my readers. And also I can't loose my reputation because of the fall in steem. Most folks in the blockchain already know the kind of writer I am and I'm sure they will surely get dissapointed to check my blog and start seeing not good enough posts. I set a standard for writing and I always try to keep to it
Passion, that's what keeps bloggers going and keeps writing without regard to the price of Steem today.
Bloggers who have a love for writing and creating content, often do not care and are not affected by STEEM prices and money.
Moreover, someone has found a community that they can use to get to know each other and build relationships.
For them, relations and communities are far more important than just money, maybe this is the reason that keeps them going and writing even though the price of Steem is low.
