Why people were evolved to urinate from vagina/penis instead of anus?
Is there any biological benefit from one or the other?

Egestion and excretion are separate processes.

People are like long tubes. Food which isn't digested passes all the way down the tube. Food which is digested through the lining of the tube is used for metabolic processes and the waste is excreted as urine. Other waste products also leave via the lungs or skin.

So it's a bit like asking why we don't hear and smell using our eyes. It might seem more efficient but the processes are separate and will have evolved the required organs separately.

Hahhaha I guess that would be messy in a way if our anus would be able to urinate and at the same time pass motion. Deeply imagine how would that look like. I guess in evolution, organisms evolve in a way of the better. The fittest survives while those who were weak died off. Maybe some early organisms or humans urinate from the anus but died off. There are many unknowns. It would be really strange to have a wet butt as we know that the anus will usually remove partially dry waste from the body.

Urine is normally sterile. Could it be that urine helps keep those parts clean? Anyway, I don't think humans evolved to urinate from their genitals. To my knowledge, that trait is much older than hominids.
