One of the important factor that has great effect on our health mostly comes from what we consume or eat in our body system. Some of the food we eat may sometimes cause us to be unhealthy while some of them will make us very healthy most especially fruits. The quantity of food we also take may have greater impact on our body system even though some people aren't even aware of this.
I know of some people whom consume large amounts of food at anytime due to their great love for food and they aren't even bothered about what they consume since it involves chewing and swallowing (eating of food). Some people are also considerate about the type of food they consume and they tend to eat in less proportion just to maintain a good body stature and healthy lifestyle.
I think the best time to eat is whenever you are hungry. Some people have the bad habit of eating more food after they are already satisfied due to the lack of self contentment. This kind of scenario can be observed at parties or restaurants where you see different people ordering for foods they can't finish till they eat and drink to stupor such that they feel very tired to get up or walk after eating.
In conclusion, I think it's more preferable to eat whenever you are hungry and if possible try to divide your stomach into three parts which involves one for food, one for water and the last part for air. If you are the type that eat a lot, I suggest you become mindful a about the type of food you eat and also engage in regular exercises to help you keep your body in good shape.
