I will say any food that have all the 6 classes of food embedded in it is the most nutritional in value because the food contains a well banlanced diet. And any balanced diet Food is always nutritious to the body.

There are many foods that give us the best nutritional value. Those foods should be known to us and we should know about those foods.

 I am discussing below what foods give us the best nutritional value

Vegetables have the most nutrients . Various types of vegetables are available to buy in the market. You can eat plenty of vegetables, of course you can stay well. If the vegetables are green then it is better. Because green vegetables have more nutrients.

There is a lot of nutrients in vegetables fried rice . Fried rice is a nutritious meal and cooked with vegetables when it becomes nutritious

By my understanding of nutrition, no single food in itself has the best nutritional value. This is why the subject of "BALANCED DIET" came to be. According to dictionary,com, A balanced diet is a diet that contains the proper proportions of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water necessary to maintain good health.

When we are conscious of taking in a combination of foods that contain a proper proportions of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water, then, we would be taking in food of the best nutritional value.
