What was the easiest way you lost weight?
We are all getting some kilograms extra from time to time (like during Christmas) and than we regret and try to get back in shape. So what do you think there are some easy ways to loose weight that you have tried and worked for you.

I had green tea twice a day coupled it with a bit of focused exercises and checked on my existing diet to clean it up without giving up much. Lost about 8 Kgs easily.
