Personally I can think of nothing more boring if you are not thinking about new ideas and challenges.

Having provoking thoughts and solving issues through deep thought is what keeps my mind fresh. I like to have my time outs where I vegetate and give myself a break though.

A stagnant thoughtless mind must be terrible. Fresh ideas help inspire us and this is what keeps our thought process sharp. A sharp healthy mind is good for positive thoughts and a positive life.

health is one issue of life that should be taken with all seriousness and its one aspect that everyone needs guidance. the issue of keeping the mind health by exercising the mind is a great matter of concern because its helps us more during our twilight years and also keeps us much more active during our younger years. 

people tend to pay more attention to just physical exercise , but mind exercise is equally important too.  the mind exercise helps keeps our mind healthy and also help us becoming more mentally alert and  keeping our mind sharp. 

listed below are some of the reasons why doing or engaging in a mind exercise is good towards achieving  a healthy mind. exercising the mind results into;

The key to longevity is the exercises that we do. When we exercise, the nerves that connect the brain and the muscles. If we get to connect our muscles and brain in a way which the nerves strengthens. 

When we keep our neurons working well, we can retain our brain cells. The less we use them, the less the connections are and some connections even disappear. A lot of the people I know hate to exercise because of the pain that is associated with it. I have been exercising for the past decade or more, it has been one of the most important habits that keep my mind strong. I can focus better.

One of the things that happens is that when we do some difficult workouts and we don't quit, it can really train our minds to be mentally stronger. The more will power we have, the more we will try something new and not give up. A lot of people tend to give up after a while. I guess, it is because of the lack of exercise that the person has. When we exercise more, the muscle cells retain in the amount of numbers and a person usually feels more energetic and more alert. Playing sports keeps the mind alert as we need to focus on the exercises and the way of doing it correctly instead of just exercise.

The key of exercising is to really put in the effort and just show up. This is one hard thing that many people fail to do and in the end, they always procrastinate and never go on any exercise sessions.

Exercise is if two types mentally and physically physical exercise makes body healthy and a healthy body has also a healthy brain mentally exercise calms our nerves both these situation makes a man healthy in term of his body and his brain also.

Physical exercise can be done physically by routine ruining,push ups,jumping,yoga all makes body healthy which indirectly makes healthy during exercise breathing rate increased so a large amount of air is exchanged between atmosphere and body large amount of carbon dioxide is removed out and large amount of oxygen is entered in body and large amount will be provided to brain so tissues in brain become active and mind become healthy

Reading the verses of Quran soothes brain and it makes mind sharp and healthy by involving brain into puzzles and games a short time exercise will be given to brain which makes it healthy

Without exercise body would be jam and every function of body should be stopped to have a happy life exercise is must it keeps diseases a hand away from us it brings calmness and removes restlessness after having exercise we will be tired and need a sleep which makes our mind also without exercise the enjoy of life us not possible it would be full of worries,diseases etc

Doing Meditation is the perfect exercise to your mind. Do note that our mind is always preoccupied with so many thoughts and that is just non-stop and it does not matter whether you are doing something physically or not, if you do nothing, then also your mind will be busy with some kind of thoughts. So our mind is always with the ripple of waves. Therefore there is a need of absolute rest to your mind and there is a need of absolute calm to your mind. With meditation that is possible.

Once your mind start practicing "thoughtlessness" you will start realizing the immense happiness and your mind will start realizing that health of mind which you might not have experienced or discovered before. Mediation is a way to that but again it can not happen in a day as mind is very fast and furious and it travels at a speed which you can not compete with, so the best way to handle with it........is "thoughtlessness". You do not need any physical exercise and the exercise you need is at mental level only. Start doing meditation and be sustainable with the practice and one day you will be stable with thoughtlessness and that will be the day when mind will find its deepest sleep and you may tap the unlimited potential by that time.

It would be great to hear from you what we can do to exercise our mind. In this world full of stresses, it's difficult to have a healthy mind. Many people becomes unhealthy mentally, thus causing depression. We shouldn't even judge them because having depression is not their choice. It's a mental illness. One thing that can be done is meditation. Our minds can be linked to our physical being. It is suggested to do regular physical exercise because it can help to reduce depressive episodes.

By reading books, new expectations can emerge. Inspiration. Ideas for change can appear. The words spoken can be positive without ignoring critical thoughts.
