How Rich or Poor Was Jesus , According To Biblical Account?

One cannot categorically say Jesus was rich or poor and if we consider the biblical accounts this is also the same, the truth is that Jesus was born into an average family in Bethlehem and his father was carpenter, so he didn't inherit any wealth from his father, however needless to say Jesus didn't need to be rich or poor in order to lead the ministry he wanted and this can be proven in Matthew 17:27

Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.

In the verse above he miraculously brought out money from the mouth of a fish when the Pharisees were disturbing him to pay up his taxes, he didn't actually go about carrying money if not he would've paid the tax instantly this place also proves that he needn't be rich in order to solve his financial problems, also you can see the proof in; Mathew 12:2 he sent his disciples to get a donkey from a village without having any money to pay for the donkey, this also proves that Jesus was a walking bank himself, he didn't have any money with him, but he never lacked anything that money can buy, infact he was comfortable but not rich.

the truth is that Jesus led a very simple life to the extent that most times he didn't even have home to sleep in this was proven in Matthew 8:20 when he revealed that he didn't even have a home to sleep in, this acctually proved Jesus modesty and the fact that he was neither rich nor poor however it's the situation that Jesus was in that determined his finance.

In the gardens of Gethsemane when Judas was coming to betray Jesus and the Pharisees were looking for someone with a special clothing but they were surprised that Jesus wore the same simplistic seamless gown with his disciple.

In a nutshell Jesus didn't need to be rich in his ministry as well he was comfortable and he choose a life that will enable him live amongst the people he was preaching to, the only instant they need money was preparing the last supper and this was a contributions by his disciple, Jesus never carried money, why should he? He feed five thousand people without using a single dime so what was the essence of the money?
