Will this be enough to make Monaco more interesting again? Had huge fun watching this years ago, but according to the articles about last race the length etc of the cars making overtaking nearly impossible.

I was hoping the new regulations would make the cars even shorter, similar to how they were pre-2010. From what I've read though the new regs will move away from ground effects, so maybe with less grip Monaco can be more interesting again.
