Neglect of bad habits such as drinking heavily or hard drugs

The best way to stay fit is to watch your diet and regular exercising.
A friend of my sister is trying to lose some weight but she spends time on exercise but fails to also watch hwr diet and the things she eats and as a result, she is hardly achieving her goal.
Many people will go with just one of the above two but i am on the stand that this two work together and with this two together, you will stay fit at all times. With the right food, in the right proportions and proper constituents especially foods containing less fats and regular exercising, you should maintain an optimal fitness level.

Good nutrition is of immense importance, a relaxed mindset (meditation) and a good nights sleep. Abstain from harmful substances, do not smoke. Try to eat as fresh and good and unprocessed as possible. You should get as fit as a fiddle.
The best formula to stay fit is always remain happy. Don't over think in any matter. Remain thankful what ever you have in your life. Do exercise for at least 30 minutes. Eat balance diet and early to bed early to rise

The best and easiest way to stay fit is to be vegetarian, since overweight and diseases related to overweight are directly related to the intake of meat, milk and cheese. The daily practice of exercise is also important to strengthen muscles, but if you do not like to exercise, you just have to leave the meat little by little and your body will look better and better. Be sure to eat plenty of grains and raw vegetables.
