Almost everyday, we hear in the news about people committing suicide. Different people, different walks of life, celebrities and many more are tired of their lives that they decided to end it.

Suicide is a crime against men and God. It is a crime against God because God gave us our lives therefore He has also the sole power to take it. However, sometimes our problems are too much to bear that we forget about God.

For me, suicide is not an act of bravery but of cowardice. It is only done by cowards who are afraid to face their problems so they run away from it. They think that ending their lives will end the problem but it only made it worse. They did not think of the people they left behind.

I remember what someone told us. Every problem has a solution. So, if you think there is no solution, then forget your problem. It is not a problem. As long as we live, problems always come whether we like it or not. But, suicide can never be a problem. You are only creating a problem over a problem.

But if you think suicide is the only solution, think about this first. How many dying people wish that their lives will be lengthened? How many people wish they have your life?

Actually to me, I don't believe the act of suicide is an act of bravery. If that particular person is really brave enough, he should have confronted the problem or the really cause of the suicide and not result into killing himself or herself. So I don't see suicide as an act of suicide.

Secondly also, I don't see suicide as an act of cowardly as some people have been controlled by depression and frustration. Some people have lost hope in God and in themselves which made them to result to suicide which is not really supposed to be.

I see suicide as the act at which the particular person allow the fear of depression and frustration to have control over him.

I believe that is a deep question...

I would really love to actually believe that it is not really a matter of a subjectivity or a situation.... i totally believe that The most honest answer i would give is that suicide is "neither"an act of bravery nor cowardice....

Sometimes an individual might reach that stage whereby they just want all their suffering to actually end and they just really want to quit to this life..At that point in their life, fear is no more a factor anymore. they are not actually afraid to die as much as they are actually tired of living....

that phase of life is just a very numb phase where nothing else matters.... People who despite all the challenges which they face in their life do not go ahead to commit suicide are not actually cowards or being brave, but its just that a part of them do really still believe that things would surely get better someday and i believe that is the part that we all need to hold on to....

Some might consider suicide as an act of bravery, others might see it as the act of a coward. One thing however is quite obvious. A person committing suicide is desperate to an unbearable degree.
