What is the best fitness tips for someone that wants to loose weight?

Weather you're fat, unhealthy or normal, being fit is always a pride. About every person of the world wants to be fit and look bright. There are a lot of things you may think you know about burning fat, such as leaning down overall is the easiest way to lose fat in certain sections of the body,I suggest to do exercises. Doing exercise every day specially in the morning is always helpful, not for health or mussels but also for a healthy mind. Best part of exercise is it's free, you can do it anywhere. There are some people who go to gym for exercise . There is a very famous exercise in my country (India) called Yoga.
