Let me add to that by saying it's very quiet on the c-chain but if you look at the subnet browser you'll see a lot of new subnets and increased number of validators. Also, many new projects starting to support ACP 77 . The landslide project to integrate all Cosmos IBC chains with Avalanche promises to grow the network substantially. I spent a lot of time with the Solana folks at Consensus last week and it's true they have a lot of excitement over meme coins and price, but when I talk with devs they all want to launch their own L1 and Avalanche is the place for that.

Meme coin frenzy can't last forever. The industry will eventually mature; Sol will hope that the exposure generated by memecoins will mean sufficient awareness of it as a chain for serious business in the future but it will never really be adopted widely because its fundamentally broken at the consensus level. Some day, people will realize this.
