Try to join communities with topics you are interested in. Then contribute to that topics. Do some research and share it, give a statement (which might be controversial) to a specific topic, talk about things you are specialised in or which you are interested in daily life (not only blockchain things), and and and... There are many ways to grow in content and then in followers (or even better than followers: interactions) too.
