Yes, I believe, though Progress in the medical world rapidly growing each day. But there are still some diseases and viruses that remain a mystery to doctors and scientists around the world. In addition to HIV, there are some diseases which until now still can not be cured permanently.

Poliomielitis, better known by the name of Polio, has been around for thousands of years. This is an acute contagious viral disease that affects the nervous system. It usually affects the legs and causes paralysis. In most cases, the first symptom is a headache, nausea, fever, fatigue and muscle aches.

Ebola virus Filoviridae is that cause epidemic human disease. It is characterized by an extreme fever, many bleeding, and is often fatal. To this day, even though it has researched extensively, there is still no cure for this deadly disease. The death rate for humans infected with ebola is 90%.

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that is the most complicated. This is a disease of the soul which cripple patients logically difficult to distinguish reality and fantasy. Doctors confused because this disease does not determine the medical tests. Common symptoms of this disorder include loss of the ability of rational thinking, delusions, hallucinations, not coherence of thought and speech, as well as losing the ability to recognize people in the real world.
Because it can not be diagnosed properly and medical, disease is not curable. Although it is often treated with medication, but only treat some of the symptoms only

I think most diseases have a "weak point" that we humans can exploit in order to create a drug that will prevent the disease from functioning, or even killing or curing it. As of today, we don't have a cure for prion diseases, because all of these are typically diagnosed after it's possible to treat them (with today's drug technology). So my answer is going to be prion diseases.

Consider...

All symptoms have roots.

All that appears on the external is a product of internal coding.

Change the inner conditions of the system, change the outer.

Thus... there may need to first be a perceptual shift from the idea of “curing” disease, to one of how to first cultivate the conditions for health - and then, how to change the initial coding.

That all said, there may also still be something to the perspective Carolyn Myss has offered on the notion of souls having SACRED CONTRACTS with certain diseases - as a set of conditions to learn and evolve through...

Regret is a disease that can not be cured. No matter how effort you try, if something you do not want has happened, you can never change it. No matter how sincere you acknowledge your mistakes, you will not be able to restore the past.
Even if you get a second chance, you should realize that the opportunity will never be the same as the first chance because you got it at different times. Therefore, is not it better to start a good start right than to finally sink into a guilt that ends in regret?

I am reminded of a man who recently came to me just to talk about his love life. The first time he came, saw his footsteps limp, I knew that the story he was going to read to me was a sad and painful story. Sure enough. He claimed to be left by his lover after years of knitting a love story with him. Initially, I felt pity. I support and give a few words of encouragement to her. But then, I started wondering that there was no way he could be hurt for no apparent reason. Finally, I decided to take her back to her old memory with the girl and I finally understood. He was abandoned for no apparent reason, but I guessed that the sad tragedy he was going through was a consequence of what he had done months ago, when they had just become relationships as lovers. He confessed that at the beginning of their relationship, he did not really love the girl. He even had an affair with another girl. With tears in his eyes, he repeatedly uttered the word 'regret'. He was swept away in a deep stream of sadness and finally wept. I understand that he was devastated. I understand that he has regretted his mistakes in the past and has tried to fix them. But could she imagine the pain her beloved had been holding?
Something like that often happens in our midst or maybe even one of us has experienced it. Many people who establish a relationship without a sense of love and affection, which eventually led to a sense of discomfort and even infidelity. It hurts. One more painful thing is, when we know that our spouses do not love us and cheat, but we still choose to stick with it. It does sound stupid. But sometimes, if we really love someone, that's what happens. Therefore, we need to realize that a relationship of love that is not based on love and affection will only cause hurt and regret. So to avoid it, a relationship should not be woven if it does not really love each other. If you do not love him as a lover, then it is better to make friends only, because a loving relationship without loving is tantamount to hurt. Although in the end we can love him, all will never be the same again.

No. All diseases can be cured with time and ingenuity.  If we look we find that humans have found a cure for AIDS.  We found that a mutation in some white blood cells made them immune to AIDS and that if we put the bone marrow of a donor that has this gene into a person that has AIDS over time only whiteblood cells that are immune to AIDs are produced. All diseases has causes and cures they just need to be studied.
