If you are on Discord then I would suggest using GINA bot which is a notification bot, and can be modified to your needs. You can get notifications for many thing such as when someone uses a certain tag, when someone follows or unfollows you, and when someone resteems your post.

To set up GINA bot check their introduction post:

Good luck!

In Steemit you can never be able to see who are the people who have resteemed your post, but you can able to see that in Minnowbooster. Simply log in to Minnowbooster.net using your steem account credentials and in the user profile you can see "user info", there you can see the "Resteems", just click on that to see how many people and who are the people who have resteemed your posts.

Once you click on "Resteems", the next page will be displayed with the list of people who have resteemed your post. So it will be aconsolidated list containing the name of the people and url of the post which is resteemed by them. It is really a unique service offered by Minnowbooster(free of cost) to check the number of resteems by others in a single page.

It's presently impossible to see those who have resteemed your post on the Steemit interface. Fortunately, it is possible for you to check those who have resteemed your post with the Esteem app.

So, you can download the Esteem app on playstore and use it to track those who have resteemed your post, mentioned you in a comment, or even upvote your posts. I hope this helps.
