I am guilty of being a fan of instant noodles. They are just like junk foods which is pleasurable to eat, but they're not a good source of nutrients that are essential for the body. Rather, they can cause harm in some levels.
I may love instant noodles but I rarely eat one. The last time was 3 months ago, and had consumed a few amounts this year. I was even told not to eat a lot of instant noodles because of some harmful ingredients added. Hence, I minimized my consumption.
This used to be my go to food. When I moved out of my parents' house, I didn't know how to cook so instant noodles became my regular meal everyday - that's three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). I gradually decreased my instant noodle consumption as the years passed. I also started to learn cooking when I got married and when I finally got pregnant, I completely ignored instant noodles. I only started eating instant noodles again - but not as often as before - when my daughter has weaned.
As we live a very busy life so what could be a great alternative other than instant noodles.
Yeah I eat instant noodles though I know the health issue. Coz there is no better and low time consuming alternatives to me.
And other thing is it tastes good. But don't eat them regularly. May be one or two times in a week. When I get busy in work and have no time to prepare other food.
But I will suggest others to eat other organic or not processed food, if possible besides instant noodles.
I used to eat them pretty frequently when I first moved out and I was trying to save money. Recently, I don't eat them as much anymore.
Mainly because they typically have so much sodium in the packet that comes with them.
Although it imparts some awesome flavor, it is really not that great for you.
Lol. Do you have anything against instant noodles? Once upon a time, I heard they added chemicals to these noodles. Is that true?
Well, to answer your question, YES, I do eat instant noodles and I don't eat it all the time, simply because I do not even like it. But I get to eat it once in a blue moon. Obviously can't count how much I do but definitely not all the time.
Might as well ask how many times did we eat rice, or have bread.
And yeah, I don't eat bread regularly, and I don't eat instant food products very often.
But it's not like I keep track of the numbers.
Unless you only tried something once or twice, you don't really count.
So, to answer your question directly.
1. I do eat instant noodle.
2. I don't know, and I don't care.
I am sorry but I have set standards and instant noodles doesn't come into my category. I am a fussy eater and I am too posh for those things.
I know people who do but I just can't and wont try them. I like food but see that as a chemical filled disaster and would rather eat nothing. I have never checked what value they add to your diet but I am sure they can't be any good for you.
NO. I don't eat instant noodles anymore. Because I have kidney failure. Nevertheless, even if I am not sick, I will still not eat that. I have learned my lesson and that isn't good. But you can eat that, just in moderation.
I eat them very rarely; maybe once or twice per year.
I do eat instant noodles even though I don't really like it. I eat it when I am so hungry and can't be patient enough to cook. I hear it contains sodium but I don't eat it much. Best thing i should do is try and stop them but in cases where you are in a hurry to go somewhere and just can't cook food, you have no other option than to prepare instant noodles. I will try quitting it though.
