Your security is our top priority. If a company fails in this regard, it is clear their priorities lie elsewhere. It is astonishing how some companies in the crypto space request emails—a glaring security risk. This practice should raise red flags for everyone, as it often indicates that these companies are selling user data to third parties.
Moreover, the introduction of wallet connect features can potentially expose and monetize your financial data. One must question why users do not receive compensation for their data and whether they are comfortable with their information potentially ending up on the black market.
I previously reported on this issue on the 5th, but I am reiterating it here to raise awareness. The essence of blockchain and crypto is to reject the overreach of big tech and the financial exploitation perpetuated by corporations. It is imperative that we remain vigilant and protect our data from these practices.
