I ALWAYS PREFER COFFEE .BECAUSE COFFEE HAVE SOME GOOD FACILITIES FOR OUR HEATH THAT I WANT TO TELL FIRST .
In the coffee have stimulant caffeine. Thats why when we drink coffee its give us some refreshment that we need in morning .After drink coffee we can work with fresh mind .Because of its boosting power .Also because of this caffeine its give so good boost in our health and brain thats so so need in morning .

I will prefer tea over coffee and I have my reasons which can be contradicting with yours.

I've been a coffee addict for years but now I prefer tea. I drink all kind of tea.
My favorite is green tea with lemon in the morning, because contains bioactive compounds which improve health and it's rich in polyphenols that reduces inflammation. Adding some lemon is also beneficial, vitamin C is needed. But I like green tea because it can improve brain function.
After quitting drinking coffee, I needed something to give me a boost that I usually was getting by drinking coffee. Green tea can never replace coffee but it helps because caffeine and L-theanine together can improving brain function.

There are a lot of herbal teas I use in case I need some remedy. These are sage, nettle, mint, marigold and others for a better digestion.

I've been in constant drinking of Tea in the morning (Herbal Life Tea) and it really feels good. To be honest, I am feeling like fats are getting burned and the warmth of drinking the hot tea flows in my body. In the part months (or years), I have been eating compulsively, unhealthily, and having lack of sleep most of the times (working and studying).
Speaking about my history about coffee, its actually very funny yet and understandable one. My family are heavy drinkers of coffee. In the morning, check. In the afternoon check, and even late in the evening. When I began to notice it, I realized that I am adding a lot of cost just for coffees we consume everyday. That day, I decided to stop drinking coffee anymore.
Right now, I'm very much feeling healthy with drinking tea and I am feeling its effect. I'm also determined to finish the whole year drinking tea everyday.

I definitely prefer tea. I don't drink coffee and I never was the type of person that drinks coffee every day. I have been trying it a few times but I didn't liked the effects it had on me. It make me feel agitated with no reason at all and I also felt dehydrated. With tea it's another story. I only drink tea in winter but I do that almost every morning. My favorite recently is the green tea as somehow replaces coffee being an energy booster but without the side effects that coffee has. It doesn't make me addicted to it nor harms my health in anyway on the long run. I don't like adding sugar to it at all and wouldn't do that to coffee either as I find sugar very harmful for our health. I also use ginger tea which I am making myself when the weather is very cold outside or I have a cold. Adding lemon to it makes the tea even better. I like the mixes type of tea also but the most as I mentioned above is green tea. I would definitely recommend it as a replacement for coffee. It takes time though to make your body get used with it and not coffee but but it is worth trying.
Typically, I don't actually drink either of them in the morning. Coffee is just not something that I have ever found myself enjoying. In addition to that, I have a hard time with caffeine in the morning. It makes me sleepy.
That being said if I had to choose, I would totally choose tea. There is an occasional morning on the weekend that I will have a warm cup of tea.
My preferred flavors are Green Tea and Black Tea with Black Tea being my most favorite. There is something about the flavor of it that is spicy and exotic. I just really enjoy drinking it. I will even drink it on ice as well. It is very good for you and just has a great flavor.
My wife @mrsbozz is a big fan of Chai Tea and she will often make that in the evenings or in the mornings to sit and sip. We buy the powered stuff in a canister for that. The other teas we drink are tea bags that we steep in water.
In the summers we will frequently make a big batch of Green Tea and then place it in pitchers in the fridge to keep it cool. It is very refreshing on a hot day.
