I don't think he did, probably because he KNEW her only after he had eaten the fruit.
It was never said or mentioned before he ate the fruit that he knew her.
So, I can say that he mated with Eve only after he had eaten the fruit.
Lmao.. I find this question really funny!! Well, it wasn't recorded so no one can tell what really happened in that age..
Whatever answers we give are mere speculations. There is no record of whether or not Adam and Eve had sexual relationship before the fall of man. So, I can't say and nobody can, really.
There are no scriptural or Biblical explanations regarding this, as to whether Adam mate with Eve before eating the fruit or not.
I've not seen such contents in the beginning chapter of the Bible or anywhere else.
But what I do understand is that things fell terrible apart for both Adam and Eve after having a taste of the forbidden fruit.
And for every action there is a consequence. They had to face the subsequent consequences that accompanied their action.
I can only say that since then. Man has always had a strong affinity for disobedience.
While it's not expressly written in the bible one way or another, we can draw conclusions from the text for what most likely took place.
God gives Adam and Eve two commandments. One, don't eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and two, multiply and replenish the Earth. They were then left alone for a time.
We don't know how long it took for Lucifer to come along, but there doesn't seem to be a whole lot going on between Adam and Eve in the interim They recognize they are meant for each other, and that they are supposed to have children, but the sexual attraction isn't there.
The state of existence they were living in was not what we experience now. In the Garden of Eden, they were not aging, they did become ill, or follow normal bodily cycles. They likely would have continued on indefinitely this way, keeping one commandment—avoiding the forbidden fruit—but not complying with the other—multiplying.
They didn't even realize during this time that they were naked. So, even though they were adults, they were living in a state of innocence or naivete, that didn't go away or change until after eating the fruit.
Post Fall, after being driven out of the Garden of Eden, we read immediately that Adam knew Eve, that she conceived, and they had Cain.
So, while they perhaps had the capacity to have sexual intercourse, they were not inclined to it before eating the fruit, but afterwards, apparently were quick to start keeping the commandment so as to have children.
Followers of Abrahmic religions (Jews, Christians and Muslims) believe that Adam and Eve were the forefathers of humans who were created by God and used to live in heaven. According, to their legends, they were immortal until they ate the forbidden fruit. God punished them to live on earth when they ate the fruit.

They also believe that all humans are their descendants. But, scientifically it is not possible for a single couple to produce such a vast and diverse species like humans. If, Adam and Eve’s sons and daughters had sex with each other and then they had given birth to their children and had their children followed the same thing, then the human race would not have survived so long. It would have been wiped off the face of the earth due to lack of genetic diversity. Is is evident that such an intelligent and complex animal species cannot survive unless its members get genetic diversity.
So, the story of Adam and Eve is false and based on fantasies only. It is just a religious narrative. One should also be educated enough to realize that there is no such thing in the world as heaven and hell. Everything is based on imagination.
No offense, very curious questions which are likely asked by Indians. Well it was stated on the holy book if it happened before. But I am sure they mated after they left the garden
In all Biblical recount of the story of Adam or Eve, it was never mentioned. So I am safe to say maybe yes, maybe no. We'll never know the answer.
Does it really matter? They could have written in the bible whatever they want.
God told them to multiply and conquer the world. There is nothing as sin in sexual intercourse if it is out of true love. As sexuality is a gift of God, i strongly believes that Adam and Eve has had sexual intercourse before there fall.
Many theologians say that the first few chapters of the book of Genesis cannot be taken as it is to word. As per studies Book of Amos was the first written book of Holy Bible. Rest were written after centuries of handing over through words.
Interesting question which leads to the answer that an answer does not matter on this question. :)
But it makes the thinking funny and interesting as to imagine the paradise before the apple. I haven't thought about it in a long time how Adam and Eve lived in that paradise. People nowadays talk a lot about the "after the apple" state.
