Our body is composed of about 60% water and this water help our body in being in good shape and healthy. Almost on daily basis we are bombard with talk about drinking enough water to stay healthy because water is very essential to our life, not just any water but clean safe water.

So water what benefit does it derived for our body.

Well the benefit of water to our body are numerous but i will limit myself to just a few.

Water apart from using it to satisfy our thirst, it can also be use for keeping our body healthy. When we drink water we are cleaning and purging our body of toxin that lead to sickness. It cleanses and purge the kidney of every toxin hiding there. Water also help in preventing kidney stone and damaged kidney.

Are you always feeling tired and weak? Are you always thirsty or dehydrated? Then take water. Water helps in invigorating one's body. It also help in refreshing one body and rejuvenating one's skin. It help one in preventing smelling urine and improve bowel movement which lead to easy toileting.
