Probably less than I ought to. Ha!
I can't even remember the last time I did. Laziness has taken a better of me. ALthough, I use to do a daily walk and say positive words to myself but then I stopped. I think I should go back to it. I just need to figure out how to.
Exercise is important to help us stay fit.
I have tried all kinds of things over the years to keep myself fit: Badminton, Squash, Jogging, Kalaripayat, Yoga, hiking, 5 Tibetan Rites Exercises and so on. Finally I settled down to walking over a hilly terrain in my neighborhood. It is almost like hiking except that the terrain is not so steep and it is among concrete jungles.
I find that if I don't exercise at least five time a week my health deteriorates gradually. Walking for a minimum of 5 days a week is okay in normal weather but when the rainy season comes it becomes impossible. To make up for this impediment in my routine, I have now introduced Surya Namaskar into my routine every morning followed by 30 minutes of meditation. Surya Namaskar has many health benefits besides keeping your limbs and joints supple and strong. The 5 Tibetan Rites Exercises are also equally good.
Exercise does not strictly fall in a predefined activities or action, exercise can be generated even from a simple walk. I hardly go to the gym or any gymnastics activities but then I do things regularly at home that can be constituents of an exercise, like lifting of two to three gallons of water every morning, walking a far distance, running to meet up lectures e.t.c. on this basis I can say I do exercise everyday because I exercises some level of strength to pull up certain of the actions I take. Though exercise is view from just a particular point but then our day to day activities are also part of an exercise.
@Prechyrukky, I try to exercise daily, but if not daily then twice or thrice a week. Stay blessed. 🙂
As often as possible, but as I am physically disabled that's not as often as I would like it to be. Once a week at most, which really sucks ):
Exercise should be part of our daily schedule. I try to it everyday but if daily not possible then I try to exercise for 5 days in a week atleast. Our body needs exercise to stay healthy and fit. Daily exercises makes thr body active and increase stamina. I do some exercise and some yoga in the morning and more exercise in evening time in gym.
Everyone wants to have a healthy, fit and Happy life and exercise is the major part of it. If we can do many other things then we can also manage time for exercise. We must do it daily and try not to skip any day. Even if we can do it little amount of time then also okay.
Wishing you all a very happy and fit life
I am no longer an athletic person like before but sometimes I go out to play a bit of football soccer so I can keep myself in shape.
I have my daily exercise which I usually do when I wake up in the morning. It starts with stretching to prepare my body for the exercise. Then I start with some body movements followed by push-ups and planking. Then I do sit-ups. I do these once a day when I am busy, but up to 4 times a day when schedule is okay. I also do some breathing exercises, and EFT for my anxiety.
I myself very regularly do sports. because I work in a tissue distributor. my job is always sweating every day. except Sundays because I work off. and I am very happy to do work that can sweat. because it can burn calories in the body so that my body is always healthy.
I am not that active person because my job is teaching online and all I need to do is sit all day long and conduct classes to my students using my laptop at home. Due to this reason I have been gaining a lot of weight but these days I have been trying to exercise once a week. My boyfriend keeps on encouraging me to do jogging and some cardio exercises to improve my health and its good thing to listen to him because I badly needed some exercises recently . Health is wealth they would say so we should try to have a healthy lifestyle.
