What are some good early morning habits that someone should practice every morning?


I am not an expert in this but I think I can use my own common sense to give a few of the habits I think and believe are good morning habits.

Waking up early enough

I believe it is very important to get up early in the morning so that you can have enough time to psychologically prepare your mind for the rest of the day. I have been reading for a while that the habit of waking up early in the morning is most billionaires' habit. So if you want to be a billionaire, waking up early should be a part of your habits.

Drinking a glass of clean water

According to science, whenever you drink clean water on an empty stomach in the morning, just after you have woken up, it helps the body in flushing out harmful toxins, leaving your body fresh and above all healthy.

Doing some physical exercise

If you have some time with you, it's important to do little work out exercises such as going for an early morning run, doing push ups,stretching your body and muscles and any other physical exercise you can perform. This will ensure that you keep active and  physically fit.

Taking breakfast

Taking a good enough nutritious breakfast helps set the tone for the day. It also assists in promoting weight maintenance and weight loss through maintaining blood glucose levels and body metabolism. That is according to science not me.


Reading in the morning while your mind is still fresh helps you grasp and understand more than you would reading in the evening or any other time. This is something I can personally attest to. I can recall while in primary school, I started doing my school work study in the morning and trust me the end results was mind blowing. My grades at school greatly improved and I was always the best in every exam/test. 

So to conclude those would be my main 5 main suggestions for you.


If you want to be healthy and happy, you should have some good early morning habits. Habits are something that we are used to doing without thinking. Anyone can practice the following early morning habits.

Get up early in the morning

If you get up early in the morning, you will get more time to do your thing and start your day. Everything is fresh in the morning and you can enjoy this only if you wake up early in the morning.

Brush your teeth

You have to take care of your teeth. Brush your teeth everyday. And of course, you should brush your teeth in the morning. It is a good early morning habit.

Drink water

Our body needs water to function properly. Make a habit to drink water in the morning and it will fire up your metabolism, and give your brain fuel. To stay hydrated, don't forget to drink water.


You can get up early in the morning and go out for a walk or run. You can do yoga or free hand exercise at home. You can go to the gym. There are lots of options. Doing exercise in the morning is a good habit.

Have a shower

You can have a shower after doing exercise. Don't go to have a shower just after doing exercise, take some time to relax, and then go. Incorporate this in your early morning habit, you will feel really good.

Have breakfast

Don't ever skip breakfast with a view to losing weight. It's a wrong idea. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Have breakfast and it will give you the energy that you need to start your day.

This is a good start of your day and now you are ready. Have a great day!


I would first of all drink at least a glass of water immediately after waking up. It helps flushing the toxins accumulated in the body over night, it takes away bath breath to some extent and it also ensures immediate hydration right from the beginning of the day. Then of course a bit of exercise and a healthy breakfast.  


I have added it to my list and it has changed my mornings. Spend 10 minutes planning your day so you don't waste time later thinking what you need to do.

I find that if i write things down I can do more than I would normally. Your time management improves and you are just more organized. I don't get frustrated anymore because I haven't done everything I needed to and forgotten something.

You will find that you can add more to your day and achieve even more. Every morning is a happy morning as you know in your head clearly what you have planned.

• Enjoy the dazzling morning light:

Morning's refreshing environment can naturally make your mind ready for the whole day. If you have less time in your hand, you can take a little bit of exercise in the morning while enjoying this lovely environment, or you can walk or jog.

• Take a healthy breakfast:

Many people do not take breakfast or skip breakfast in the morning due to lack of time. But it is responsible for starting a worse day. Don't avoid breakfast in any situation. A healthy Breakfast can keep your body fit for the whole day.

Those would be a perfect suggestions for everyone.

The physical exercise part is very important because it helps muscle be stretched and ready for the day activities.
