Definitely a headache. If possible, I wouldn't wanna have any but if I do not have a choice, then perhaps, I will prefer a headache. This is because, no matter what, you will eventually develop aches in the head due to the aches in the tooth. I can mange the headache by simply sleeping, having enough rest but I cannot manage the toothache by sleeping as well. When I wake up, I'm pretty sure the toothache will continue.
Well I have been through both of the stages by the way and to be honest none of them are suitable to tolerate. They both gives the amount of pain that is often unbearable.
While toothache should be considered the most effective in giving the pain more than a headache. I once have gone through that phase and that is quite excruciating.
As far as now I have been through normal headaches that happens usually and to me it happens once or twice in week I am good with that but it would be really better for me if I never go through the pain of toothache ever again.
I can tolerate headache but can not tolerate toothache. Toothache is really horrible and one of most painful experience of my life among the so many ache I have experienced till date.
The nerves connecting to tooth are so delicate and sophisticated that even a minor injury or infection pains a lot and I am sure everyone will agree with me that toothache is unbearable as compared to headache.
Headache is far more tolerable than a toothache and that is coming from me who is often greeted by a migraine aura immediately after waking up. I get headaches at least once a week and while brightness, loud sounds, strong smells makes my migraine worse it is still more tolerable than a toothache. XD
Headache. For a simple reason. A toothache would eventually turn into a headache as well, but a headache will not turn into toothache. Hence, I choose the lesser evil.
Headache is more tolerable. Growing up as a teenager, i used to have headaches. But it wasn't something that was unbearable. But damn, toothaches kept me up crying at night. I had to take painkillers all the time and had to take out one of my tooth, cos it was giving me serious headaches. But i'm glad i got healed by God.
I had some terrible headaches last year after my head surgery but I was able to control them pretty well. If it's not associated with dizziness and nausea, I can deal with it. Toothache is different.
Pain can be controlled and tolerated easily if you are prepared for it mentally. Pain threshold is different for any people. Some can tolerate pain better than others.
I guess we can tolerate pain differently based on the type of the pain. If I were to make a bet, I'd say most people would say they can tolerate headaches better.
I will not prefer any one of them because at a time toothache causes headache too. But if I have to select in terms of tolerable then I will go with toothache. Headache is pretty more severe than a toothache. I have been fighting migraine and other similar issues and headache makes it more worse. I can't bear with headache though it seems controllable than a toothache.
I can tolerate a headache but not a toothache, that shit is too painful, haven't had a pain like that, even my head aches when my tooth starts aching. The pain that comes with toothache is excruciating and makes you feel uncomfortable.
When I have a headache I always let it slide without taking pain killers but with a toothache I must have to take pain killers to get rid of it and sometimes might not work unless I get rid of the tooth.
Both are bad but if i have to pick I would take a headache. At least I can take some pain meds. A toothache just sucks and hurts no matter what.
