Noted! :-)

A couple of my thoughts right out of the gate reviewing what info we do have so far one Coq Fight mechanics.
1) The synergistic art and branding is absolutely top notch. Every single glimpse of it - whether it's the homepage on the website or every shot we've seen from in the game - just invites you into a warm and friendly playful hug. I love it and it's the exact kind of thing that brings in actual gamers wanting to check out a game.
2) Every glimpse of the combat mechanics we get has me more intrigued than the last. I had (still have) concerns on the depths of strategy involved (concerned it would be too fast/simplistic) but so far there's a nice balance of approachable and being able to commit deeper to bigger strategies. This is probably one of the most important aspects (after the art) to nail because you want user attainment AND retention. So the game has to be immediately understandable but with many layers of strategy depth to keep people smashing the re-match button to try to tweak an attack/defense combo and get it perfected. Wish we knew more here but the early signs are promising that it's trending that way!
3) The attention to trait detail is going to be a HUGE payoff I think. I view this a lot like how foraging items currently work - you'll get attack/defense buffs for native traits but be able to craft any trait (in dues time) to fill those empty slots at a slight nerf. If they can nail this painstaking effort to bring utility to EVERY bird trait it really could be a modern web3 NFT project marvel. Immediately brings and extends the uniqueness of every bird into the game meta.
4) I very strongly suspect that open alpha will just be a handful of hard coded birds (ie not using your own birds) to get a feel for all of these elements in a very controlled way. I'd imagine there's still a LOT of work left to do before main launch on all the traits and such but I am extremely keen to have a taste of it all to see if the novel look of everything lines up with the feel and gameplay. Fingers crossed!
