Well - it was only a matter of time, but it's been announced that Pixelborn will shut down after Disney contact the developer and requested that he ceases support of the application.

For those unaware - Lorcana is a new Disney TCG (like Pokemon but with Disney IP and different mechanics). A community member created Pixelborn to be a way to build decks and play online with other people - it was amazingly well done and really enhanced the whole ecosystem. But it was all unofficial and started getting an extremely large player base so it was only a matter of time before the mother hen came stomping around and shut it down.

Hopefully it means there's at least an official way to play online coming but you still hate to see it.
