How to reduce blood pressure instantly?
My mother is a patient of high BP. Its extraordinarily high, like over 160/100. Doctors have given her sufficient medicines but I wanted to know in case of emergencies.<br>

I don't think blood pressure can be reduced instantly (I stand corrected on this). I believe it can be reduced over time or maintained by practising healthy lifestyle habits, some of which include:

- Taking less sodium
- Taking less alcohol
- Regular exercise
- Eating healthy, especially food rich in potassium.
- Avoiding stressful situations.
To reduce blood pressure your mother should have to do various activity such as

1)Do regular exercise in morning as well as in evening g it can improve the strength and it effect to reduce blood pressure.

2)Avoid using fast or gem or junk food so it can reduce blood pressure.

3)To reduce sodium in your diet it can also reduce blood pressure.

Stop below activity if you are using so you can reduce blood pressure the

1)Stop using alvohol or beer in your drink because if this the blood pressure increase.

2)Stop smoking cigarettesigarettes because it causes cancer so there is blood of blood circulation.

3) stop using caffeine if she is using.

I don't think, there is any other alternative other than medicine, to reduce it instantly. Some yoga may help, but that after a few days only.
